BACKGROUND Lamotrigine (LTG) has a broad spectrum of antiepileptic efficacy and generally benign side effects except for idiosyncratic rashes. OBJECTIVE Three children are described in whom LTG caused dose-related Tourette syndrome (TS) symptoms.
