Lacunar thalamic stroke with pure cerebellar and proprioceptive deficits.

Abstract

Case reports of two patients with cerebellar ataxia and proprioceptive sensory loss are presented. MRI of the brain revealed lesions of the ventroposterior part of the thalamus.
