Resume Objectif L’acide tranexamique (ATX) diminue les pertes sanguines totales (PST) et la transfusion homologue (TH) apres prothese totale de genou (PTG). Les PST sont exteriorisees (champ operatoire, drains) ou pas (hematomes). Les hematomes generent des douleurs et entravent la recuperation fonctionnelle. Nous avons evalue si l’ATX reduisait les hematomes et les douleurs apres PTG. Type d’etude Etude prospective non randomisee.
