To the Editor: The pathogenesis of intraneural ganglia has long been misunderstood [1]. Recent evidence, largely based on MRI analyses, has clarified the articular origin of intraneural cysts and their treatment [2]. MR arthrography has proven useful in revealing occult joint communications of intraneural cysts [3].
