Kinetic studies of inhibition of estradiol 2- and 16 alpha-hydroxylase activities in male rat liver microsomes with cytochrome P-450 inhibitors, alpha-naphthoflavone, DL-aminoglutethimide, SKF-525A and metyrapone, were extensively carried out.
