The present study relates to the effect of ferric iron supplementation on lipid peroxidation of adult rat hepatocyte pure cultures. Lipid peroxidation was evaluated by free malondialdehyde (MDA) using size exclusion chromatography (HPLC) as a specific and sensitive method.
