Water striders of the subfamily Ptilomerinae (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Gerridae) are commonly found in lotic habitats such as streams, rivers and waterfalls. Eight species representing four genera were recorded from the Tennaserim Mountain Range, including a new country record of Pleciobates tuberculatus Esaki from Thailand. This paper provides illustrations and ecological notes on Ptilomerinae in the Tennaserim Mountain Range in Thailand and a taxonomic key for identification of all species…

Checklist of the aquatic Hemiptera (Heteroptera: Gerromorpha and Nepomorpha) of Cambodia, with descriptions of new species of Microvelia Westwood, 1834 and Ranatra Fabricius, 1790

A first species list of aquatic Hemiptera (Gerromorpha and Nepomorpha) of Cambodia is provided and two species are described as new to science, including one that was formerly described as a distinct species.

An initial survey of aquatic and semi-aquatic Heteroptera (Insecta) from the Cardamom Mountains and adjacent uplands of southwestern Cambodia, with descriptions of four new species

Based on an updated checklist provided herein, the aquatic Heteroptera biota of Cambodia as currently known consists of 78 species, and has an endemism rate of 7.7%, although these numbers should be considered provisional pending further sampling.

Species Composition of Aquatic (Nepomorpha) and Semiaquatic (Gerromorpha) Heteroptera (Insecta: Hemiptera) in Kaeng Krachan National Park, Phetchaburi Province, Thailand

The species composition of aquatic (Nepomorpha) and semiaquatic (Gerromorpha) Heteroptera were examined from protected and unprotected study sites in three streams associated with Kaeng Krachan
