AbstractThe replenishment of corneal epithelial SC is a crucial step for reconstructing the ocular surface in patients suffering from devastating ocular surface diseases manifesting with total LSCD. KLAL is one of such procedures and has a long track record and a long follow-up for patients with bilateral total LSCD.
