Karyotypic evolution in Gehyra (Gekkonidae: Reptilia) IV. Chromosome change and speciation

Karyotypic data are presented for six additional species from the genus Gehyra collected in Australia, New Guinea and Fiji. C and G-banding of three of the very diverse species which all share the ancestral 2n=44 karyotype, further strengthens the phylogenetic model for the evolution of this complex.
