The present investigation concerns 4 patients with juvenile ossifying fibroma (JOF) whose data are analyzed together with 30 cases from the literature. The tumour mainly occurs in juveniles, 79% of the patients being 15 years or younger. Radiologically as well as at surgery, the lesion is demarcated from its surroundings.
