  • This paper investigates the relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship behavior. The purpose of this paper was to examine whether job satisfaction is a strong predictor of OCB and to its all dimensions or not. The study was being conducted on faculty members (N=84) of Three Business Institutes.The two measuring instruments were used to collect data.
