This article explores the nature of Jewish identity in modern-day Cuba. The study draws on the perceptions of a sample of Cuban Jews to understand how changes and shifts have affected Jewish identity. A convenience sample of 29 respondents was interviewed. We encouraged the individuals interviewed to tell their stories of what it means to be Jewish in Cuba today.
