INTRODUCTION Flaccid quadriparesis is a common neurological problem. Guillain-Barré syndrome Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), polymyositis/dermatomyositis (PM/DM), generalized myasthenia gravis (MG), and hypokalemic periodic paralysis (HPP) constitute the majority of cases of flaccid quadriparesis.
