OBJECTIVES This registry evaluated the current trends and outcomes associated with retrograde percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for chronic total occlusion (CTO). BACKGROUND Since its introduction, several techniques and technologies have been introduced for retrograde PCI for CTO.
