There is no relativistic Hamiltonian for many particles systems except for free particles and this has been accepted since the 1960s from the works of Currie, Jordan and Sudarshan, Cannon and Jordan, and Leutwyler. The reason for this is that a time translation generator for interacting particles that will satisfy the Poincare algebra seems to be non-existent.
