Iterative refinement of generalized matrix inverses now practicable

Abstract

As you know the iterative refinement of generalized matrix inverses is an unsolved problem [3], [5] so far because the usual iterative methods for inverting nonsingular matrices lose their valuable property to be self-correcting if applied to nonregular matrices. The following example of a second-order iterative method
