  • Young Sam Ma has been the Korean Ambassador to Israel since 2008. After serving as the first Korean Representative to the Palestinian Authority in 2005–06, he was appointed Director-General of Middle Eastern and African Affairs at the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and held that post until 2008. Ambassador Ma is co-author of The UN, Korea, and the 21st Century: New Challenges and Tasks (2002) and Modern International Law (2000).
