Abstract

Isomerization of 6-1'-oxo-2'-hydroxypropyl tetrahydropterin (6-lactoyl tetrahydropterin) to 6-1'-hydroxy-2'-oxopropyl tetrahydropterin has been attributed to sepiapterin reductase.
