In the present study, Pseudoxanthomonas species were isolated from rhizosphere soil samples of two selected medicinal plants, such as Alternenthera sessilis Linn. and Leucas aspera (Wild) Linn., which were collected from agricultural fields at Kundagol, Dharwad, Karnataka.
