AbstractAim:To examine if isoflurane preconditioning can attenuate ischemia/reperfusion injury by reducing cytochrome c release from inner mitochondrial membrane.Methods:Isolated hearts of Sprague-Dawley rats were perfused on Langendorff apparatus.
