BACKGROUND Recurrence of FIGO stage IA1 cervical adenocarcinoma is extremely rare. We herein report a patient with early invasive cervical adenocarcinoma who developed a recurrence in the vaginal stump. CASE A 52-year-old female complained of contact bleeding.
