Since the interaction approach was developed in the early 1980’s a number of changes have occurred which have dramatically altered the business environment; the change from manufacturing to services in the more mature economies, globalisation, and the rapid evolution of IT and e-commerce. The development of e-commerce on the Internet is anticipated to have a huge effect on how business is conducted, with predictions that in 2002 e-commerce worldwide will be worth $425bn, with 78% of this figure… CONTINUE READING
