To the Editor:—We read with interest the case report by Albertin et al. regarding a spontaneous arachnoid postpartum leak and headache. In the case report, the authors state that the magnetic resonance imaging scanning was done without contrast because the patient was breast-feeding. However, current recommendations suggest that the use of radiographic contrast media is compatible with breast-feeding.
