Colorectal cancers diagnosed in the interval after a complete colonoscopy may occur due to rapid tumor growth. Interval colorectal cancers are associated with microsatellite instability (MSI). Our aim was to study the association of KRAS mutation with interval colorectal cancers and MSI.
