Dear Editor, We read with interest the article by Zavaoloka and colleagues [1]. Marshall and Warren were the first to demonstrate that peptic ulcer disease, in most cases, is a manifestation of infection with Helicobacter pylori [Hp] [2], for which they were awarded the prestigious Nobel prize.
