Investigations on the effects of diazepam in acute experimental intoxication with fluostigmine


The therapeutic effectiveness of diazepam in organophosphate intoxication was studied. It was demonstrated that this drug as an adjunct to a mixture of atropine and obidoxime raised the LD50 of fluostigmine in rats to a value about 80 times that in untreated rats.
