Objective:To investigate situations of the human cytomeglovirus(HCMV) infection in jaundice infants' urine and in mothers' milk.Methods:The urine HCMV-DNA of 858 infants with jaundice and 316 mothers' milk HCMV-DNA were detected by the fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) method.Results:The positive rates HCMV-DNA in the urine of 858 infants and in 316 breast milk were 29.02% and 59.18% respectively.In those whose mothers' milk were positive,the positive rates of their infants' urine HCMV-DNA… CONTINUE READING
