The neurobiological changes occurring during cognitive rehabilitation therapy (CRT) have yet to be systematically studied. In the present study, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) was used to demonstrate brain plasticity in response to CRT (n = 5) following mild traumatic brain injury.
