OBJECTIVE To describe the clinicopathological and radiologic features in five cases of primary and secondary orbital aspergillosis. DESIGN Case series. SETTING Ophthalmology department of a university hospital. PATIENTS Five patients over 65 years of age with invasive rhinosino-orbital aspergillosis.
