We show that the V_CMB velocities of the Fundamental Plane (FP) clusters studied in the Hubble Key Project appear to contain the same discrete "velocities" found previously by us and by Tifft to be present in normal galaxies. Although there is a particular Hubble constant associated with our findings we make no claim that its accuracy is better than that found by the Hubble Key Project. We do conclude, however, that if intrinsic redshifts are present and are not taken into account, the Hubble…
Theory of the quantification of the redshifts.
The quantification of the redshifts of the lines observed in the spectra of the quasars and the galaxies (the redshifts of their lines have some of the values given by the formula z = a + 0.062m
Are the quasars the missing "accretor isolated neutron stars" ?
The accretion of a cloud of hydrogen at the surface of a small, heavy star produces a high energy mostly dissipated by electromagnetic radiation. The combination of the absorption and the redshift
Computation of the spectra of the quasars
The repartition of redshifts of the lines observed in the spectra of the quasars is generally considered as stochastic, but several authors showed that the difference of two redshifts is the product
The quasars are neutron stars embedded in clouds of hydrogen
The accretion of a cloud of hydrogen at the surface of a small, heavy star produces a high energy mostly dissipated by electromagnetic radiation. The combination of the absorption and the redshift of
Mach’s Principle of Inertia Is Supported by Recent Astronomical Evidence
Inertial mass is detected on Earth only when matter is accelerated or decelerated. Recently evidence has been reported for a low-level velocity oscillation with a period of 39 ± 1 Mpc (127 ± 3 Myr)
Distinct Doppler Effects for Spontaneously Emitted Photons and Continuously Emitted Waves
In this paper, we distinguish between the Doppler effects for spontaneously emitted photons and continuously emitted waves. Under certain plausible assumptions, electron orbits can be modeled for
Propagation of electromagnetic waves in space plasma.
Coherent Raman Effect on Incoherent Light (CREIL), shifts the frequencies of normally incoherent light without any blurring of the images or altering the order of the spectra. CREIL operates in gases
Propagation of light in low-pressure ionized and atomic hydrogen: application to astrophysics
Impulsive stimulated Raman scattering (ISRS) uses ultrashort laser pulses to shift light frequencies; the frequency shift depends on the power of the laser pulses because this power is very large.
