Surgical removal of cystic craniopharyngiomas in children is associated with significant operative morbidity and recurrence rates. The purpose of this study was to review our experience with a less invasive therapy, namely, intratumoral bleomycin, in the treatment of predominantly cystic craniopharyngiomas.
