The present invention provides a dental mouthpiece, which may be attached to the adapter to a dental high suction to assist the dental staff hands-free pumping and isolation chairside during dental procedures. This mouth piece may include a body portion, and a cheek retractor portion connected to the suction portion. In some embodiments, the body portion, the cheek retractor portion and a suction connection section (and its subsections) preferably by injection molding may be molded in one piece. In an exemplary embodiment, the mouth piece may be made of a flexible, translucent, helps injection molding, made of a high heat resistance and autoclaved material. Such materials may comprise silicone. Since the mouth member may be made of a material of high heat and autoclaved, so that the mouth piece can be reused.
