There is a steep learning curve regarding many aspects of arthroscopic management of femoroacetabular impingement. One of the concerns with regard to this approach is verification of appropriate bony resection for cam- and pincer-type pathology. Dynamic assessment and direct visualization of bony resection are the primary means of evaluating appropriate resection.
