AIMS To assess clinical significance of liver hepatitis C virus RNA levels and their relationship with epidemiological, biochemical and histological factors. METHODS A total of 50 patients (mean age 35.5+/-7 years) with biopsy-proven chronic hepatitis C infection were recruited.
