To the Editor, Here we present a rare complication of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) that we have recently experienced. During ERCP of a 61-year-old female patient who had had a hepaticocutaneous jejunostomy and a periodic stent exchange program due to benign biliary strictures, a significant stenosis was observed at the mouth of the left hepatic duct.
