This 55-year-old woman visited the hospital with a simple head injury. MR imaging demonstrated a contrast-enhanced mass on the right side of the falx. Neurological examination revealed slight mental deterioration. Hemiparesis was not present. Angiography demonstrated a typical pattern of meningioma fed by the anterior cerebral artery and middle meningeal artery.
