Intracranial arachnoid cysts in myotonic dystrophy


Clinically apparent brain dysfunction is common in myotonic dystrophy. In a sample of fourteen adult patients with the definite form of this disease, brain magnetic resonance imaging detected frequent white matter abnormalities and ventriculomegaly.
