Dear Editor, In an editorial, Sahni et al. [1] question our previous results [2] of higher mortality and fracture rates found especially in womenwith high reported consumption ofmilk. They present three main arguments. Firstly, our findings are considered biased because of confounding mainly by socioeconomic status.
