Interplay between crystal phase purity and radial growth in InP nanowires.

Abstract

The interplay between crystal phase purity and radial growth in InP nanowires is investigated. By modifying the growth rate and V/III ratio, regions of high or low stacking fault density can be controllably introduced into wurtzite nanowires.
