This paper presents the design of a wheel shaped multiband fractal Antenna. This Fractal antenna has been designed on substrate εr = 4.3 and thickness h = 1.53 mm. This new antenna has been fed with CPW – Fed. The antenna exhibits the multiband resonances due to selfsimilarity in antenna structure. The experimental results indicate that resonant frequencies occur at 1.34 GHz, 2.575 GHz, 4.22 GHz with impedance bandwidth of 40.77%, 19.02% and 26.94 % respectively. The first lower end resonant…

On the design of inscribed pentagonal‐cut fractal antenna for ultra wideband applications

The article presents the CPW‐feed inscribed pentagonal‐cut fractal antenna. This planar monopole antenna has been designed on low cost FR4 substrate of εr = 4.3 and thickness h = 1.53 mm. The

On the Design of UWB Circular Fractal Antenna with Notched-Band Characteristics Using W-shape Slot

This paper presents the design of notched-band antenna with CPW - feed. The notched - band has been achieved by using the W-shape slot in ground plane. The antenna has been simulated using a 3D -

Design of Key Shaped Slotted PIFA Antenna for Wireless Applications

The numbers of frequencies of the antenna are increased using slots which also improve VSWR & return losses and the bandwidth is increased to increase the bandwidth and to obtain multiband frequencies.
