,xBsTRAc'r. A 12-year-e]d, intact female beagle exhibited symptoms of polyuria-polydipsia and hypcrorexia for two months. Blood tests showed elevated asparate aminotransferasc, alanine aminotra]]sferase, alkaline phosphatase and creatine kinase levels, as well as marked hypokalemia. The results of adrenocorticotropic hortnone stimulation test showed elevated cortisol, aldostcrone and corticosteronc concentrations.
