We propose a method based on multi-objective combinatorial optimization to perform interdomain traffic engineering with minimal BGP configurations. Our method relies on an evolutionary algorithm that tries to minimize an objective function defined on the distribution of the traffic over the interdomain links of an ISP under the constraint of minimal number of BGP filters to be applied on the BGP routes.
