This is a conceptual research paper which is compiled by reviewing many researches done on interactive marketing and studies conducted on banking industry. This study aims to investigate the relationship between the interactive marketing factors and customer satisfaction. Apart from these, the customer’s opinion about internet banking and mobile banking services provided by banks is also investigated.
