Complexes of alpha-lactalbumin (alpha-LA)1 with dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) or dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) liposomes at pH 8 and at pH 2 have been obtained by means of gel filtration.
