Loreclezole (5 mg/kg) exerted a significant protective action against amygdala-kindled rats, reducing both seizure and afterdischarge (AD) durations. Subsequently, the effect of combinations of loreclezole (at non-effective doses) with some conventional antiepileptics (at their subtherapeutic doses) was evaluated.
