PURPOSE To compare intensity-modulated proton therapy (IMPT) and helical tomotherapy (HT) treatment plans for nasopharynx cancer using a simultaneous integrated boost approach. METHODS AND MATERIALS The data from 6 patients who had previously been treated with HT were used.
