Hot strip rolling is a very complicated nonlinear process, and characterized by couple between automatic flatness control (AFC) and automatic gauge control (AGC). By analyzing actual rolling process and considering real application, a kind of intelligent decoupling algorithm based on single neuron PID is presented.
