Usability evaluation methods can be classified as heuristic methods, subjective methods and empirical methods. This study looks at the integration of heuristic evaluation methods (GOMS) and empirical validation methods (jogging). The integration of these two methods allows us to obtain information which could not otherwise be obtained using the techniques separately, such as the results of a comparison of a priori predictions with real a posteriori data.
