A novel method for evolutionary optimization, called integrated radiation optimization (IRO), is proposed for solving nonlinear multidimensional optimization problems. Many modern optimization techniques explore the search space by sharing information they have found. In this study, the concept of gravitational radiation in Einstein's theory of general relativity is utilized as a fundamental theory for searching optimal solution in the search space.
