  • We report the first use of the Integra Bilayer Matrix Wound Dressing (Integra LifeSciences Corp), a collagen sheet with glycosaminoglycans and a silicone layer, in an innovative reconstruction approach to devastating traumatic tissue loss in the periocular area.
